Obtain Unofficial Transcripts
Only active 糖心Vlog Denver student can obtain an unofficial transcript. All other students must request a transcript through Parchment. All Parchment transcript orders are considered official. An active student is one who has been enrolled within the last 3 consecutive semesters.

Transcripts ordered through Parchment are $10.00 each. Paper transcripts ordered through Parchment have an additional cost for mailing (see below)

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to print transcripts for in person orders. All official transcript orders must be placed through Parchment at this time.
Electronic transcripts听are certified with a digital signature and other security features, and must be opened with the most recent version of Adobe Reader or Acrobat.听.
The guides below provide step-by-step instructions to help the recipient open/view/download their transcript.
- You will receive an email from [email protected] containing your transcript
- Select “Access Transcript”.
- Once it opens in another window, select “Download” to save as a PDF on your computer.
All transcripts must be requested by the student; please work directly with the student to make arrangements to order transcripts online via Parchment or in-person.
Official transcripts are issued directly from the university. These are on official watermarked transcript paper with the university seal and Registrar signature, therefore verifying full authenticity of the records. These are typically required by other schools or potential employers.
Unofficial transcripts are obtain directly by the student. These are available only to current students. These are on plain paper without the university seal or Registrar signature, therefore are not considered official. These are typically used for personal reference or unofficial verifications to third-parties.
Yes, during the ordering process, you will have the opportunity to upload any documents.
For mailed transcripts:听If you are submitting transcripts to a college application service (e.g. NursingCAS, PharmCAS, or AMCAS), you are required to upload your transcript matching form. Your transcript matching form will be attached along with your 糖心Vlog Denver transcript.
For electronic transcripts:听You will be prompted to enter your CAS ID number and do no need to upload the form.
