ÌÇÐÄVlog Planning, Design & Construction

The Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) division within the Department of Facilities supports the successful delivery of construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects at ÌÇÐÄVlog Denver buildings, including the HLC, SSB, RAC, and AES.

We provide support from project concept through completion, including:

  • Design and scope development
  • Budgeting and cost estimating
  • Consultant and contractor procurement
  • Schedule and contract management
  • Code compliance and coordination with the Office of the State Architect

A Project Manager is required for:

  • New construction, renovations, or modernizations
  • Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing changes
  • Any exterior building modifications
